Mr Brejcha, which of your company's projects are you particularly proud of and why?

It is impossible to choose only one realised house or project. Each house we build is unique in its design, solution and execution. This is also the main goal of our efforts towards the customer: to make as many wishes and ideas as possible come true in the realisation of his house.

Can you briefly describe what is most important for your company when choosing a supplier for your business?

First and foremost, when choosing a supplier, we are concerned with maintaining the long-term and unambiguous quality of our company. It does not matter whether it is material or the work of subcontractors. We do not allow any compromises here.

Is the choice of material the decisive factor for your constructions?

Due to the fact that we guarantee the customer the above-average quality of his order for a long period of time, the selection of high-quality materials always plays a decisive role.

What should a quality supplier offer you besides the qualitative material?

Besides reliability, we also expect technical support from our suppliers in the development and transfer of our production technology. And furthermore, new and innovative solutions in the implementation of new technical details.

From your own experience, how do you evaluate the many years of cooperation with SIGA?

If I am to characterise our cooperation with SIGA in a few words, I must first mention quality again and then reliability and seriousness.

What was your first contact with SIGA?

I made my first contact with SIGA at the moment when our company was one of the first in the Czech Republic to start implementing the diffusion-open construction method and we were looking for high-quality and reliable materials.

How could SIGA contribute to making your working day look better and work easier in the future?

Our company certainly does not want to stagnate. We want to offer new and original solutions in the implementation, not only of single-family houses. The biggest advantage for the future will therefore be if we can work together to improve the quality and workmanship of individual details and take them further.
