The 1-component hybrid special polymer sealant is low in odour and silicone-free. With quick and easy creation of functional and visually appealing joints, the product is equally interesting for window manufacturers/installers and window sealers, metal, and façade builders, as well as carpenters and joiners.

A Sealant for All Cases

Meltell® stands out for its excellent, shape-ability, extrudability, smoothing, and durability.

Meltell® can be easily painted over or coated. It cures particularly well under humid conditions and is therefore highly weather-resistant.

Meltell® has excellent adhesion to various substrates and is compatible with all available SIGA products. It can be processed very well at low temperatures and can be installed at temperatures as low as -10°C.

Joint Connections in Four Colours

The hybrid sealant for joint connections is available in four colours and in the sizes: 310 ml cartridge or 600 ml tubular bag. In addition, we have a fifth variant with a textured mass, also in white (similar to brush-on plaster):

  • Meltell® 310 white
  • Meltell® 311 white textured
  • Meltell® 320 black
  • Meltell® 330 grey
  • Meltell® 332 anthracite

The colour of the sealant can be easily identified on the cartridge by the coloured cartridge tips.

Meltell® is easy and quick to apply, making it the ideal sealant for all joint connections of windows, doors, and facades, as well as for leaks and penetrations in the interior or exterior of your construction projects.

The tubular bags can will be automatically opened without the need of a knife and without contamination using the included SIGA double-puncture nozzles in the tubular bag gun.
